Malaysian Journal of Chemical Engineering & Technology (MJCET) (e-ISSN : 2682-8588)  is dedicated to publishing novel, cutting edge reports of broad interest to the chemical engineering community. The journal provides a forum for chemical engineers, materials scientists, physicists, and chemists to communicate on the current topics in the field in chemical engineering. We are primarily interested in those contributions which bring new insights, and papers will be selected on the basis of the importance of the new knowledge they provide. 

MJCET is a biannual (April and October) periodical that considers publication of original research articles as per its scope. The journal is published in English and opens to authors around the world.

SCOPE OF PUBLICATION

Malaysian Journal of Chemical Engineering & Technology is dedicated to publishing novel and original research articles, new theoretical interpretation or experimental findings, and critical reviews in the science or industrial practice of chemical, biochemical and oil and gas processes. Preference is given to papers having a clearly indicated scope and applicability in any of the following areas:

fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, multiphase flows, separations processes, thermodynamics, process systems engineering, reactors and reaction kinetics, catalysis, interfacial phenomena, electrochemical phenomena, bioengineering, minerals processing and natural products, environmental and energy engineering, materials science and engineering and oil and gas processing.

Papers that merely describe or present a conventional or routine analysis (without novel elements) of existing processes will not be considered. Manuscripts submitted to Malaysian Journal of Chemical Engineering must be original work that has not been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All submissions will be peer reviewed.
